Conor is the Team Lead for Special Projects, bringing over eight years of construction industry experience to the team. His background includes managing national programs and accounts, where he has developed a reputation for delivering consistent quality, clear communication, and client-focused solutions.
 
Over the course of his career, Conor has grown from a Project Coordinator to a Project Manager and now to a Team Lead. This progression reflects his dedication to continuous learning, strong leadership, and commitment to project excellence. Each stage of his career has strengthened his ability to guide teams, navigate complex challenges, and deliver results that meet the highest standards.
 
With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Conor ensures each project is executed efficiently—from planning through completion. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients and partners, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and professionalism throughout every stage of the project.
 
Outside of work, Conor enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and tackling home improvement projects. Whether it’s exploring new places or lending a hand in the community, he values staying active and connected beyond the job site.
